The Comeback: From the Void to the Field
In 2019, the lights went out. After nearly a decade of pushing limits, my body and mind finally hit a wall I couldn't climb.

A devastating injury was the catalyst, but life and burnout did the rest. I walked away from the gym, the coaching, and the industry that had been my identity since 2010.

For years, there was silence. No heavy plates, no high-intensity timers, no coaching cues. 

But 2026 is different.

I’m not coming back to chase a personal record or to prove I can still out-work the room. I’m coming back because I remember what it felt like to be at the bottom—injured, burnt out, and looking for a roadmap that didn’t exist.I realized that the people who need help the most are often the ones who have no one in their corner when the "hype" dies down.

That used to be me. Today, I’m combining 15+ years of elite experience with the hard-earned lessons of starting over from zero. I’m back to build the systems, the community, and the athletes that don't just train for a season—but for a lifetime.The hiatus is over. Let's get to work.

I started training in 2007 at 16 years old. 55kg. Scared to walk into a gym. I did not know anyone. I did not have a coach.
I figured it out anyway.

By 2010 I was coaching others. By 2019 I had trained 350+ athletes across CrossFit, strength, and functional movement. Then I stopped — injury, burnout, life.

Now I am back. And everything I learned is yours.
